Think Yourself Thin If You Want To Be Thin

Are you frustrated with the current workout? Are you still on the same weight even after working hard for so many months or even years and spending countless hours in the gym?

While in the gym doing my workouts the turbulence training ways, I usually notice people everyday repeating the same exercise on the same equipment using same weights. But what are the results. Even after months there is no change in their physique.
The main reason behind this is that they are not thinking for themselves and no one is there to think for them. If they heard someone saying that cardio is best exercise to reduce fat, so they got to the gym and try cardio exercises mindlessly. People want to go to gym and spent countless hours in doing exercises with machines, but they are not aware what they are doing. They really don’t have any idea about how to reduce weight. This is the reason most of the people get frustrated and give up so easily. People are not aware of the basic key factor for reducing obesity.
A scientific research reveals a fact that “As you think, so you become” means if you want to reduce fat, you may have to think positive about losing fat and must exercise your brain in order to reach the weight loss goals that you dream. Psychology plays a very important role in making you fit and healthy. The Power of positive thinking counts a lot in maintaining your stress level low and proper functioning of mind and body.  Nowadays, people are preferably going to gym to reduce their weight. Although they are doing same exercise/s daily, still they have nothing in their hands.
Firstly, one should make their mind set to achieve their goal of reducing weight. As without plan, no one can get success. To get a good physique one needs a good plan, a good trainer and a good idea for what they are doing. However, if People will do all this with perfect plan, perfect mind set and with proper time intervals and also with a good trainer, they can achieve their goals in just 10 to 15 days, or we can say even in a week. It has also seen that with the same strategy people have seen the results in their body in just 2 to 3 days because they have applied the same
Method of perfect plan and by proper training and mind sets.

We have seen many of the people go for jogging daily morning as it is the
easiest way (not for the body, it’s easy for the mind). Still they are not getting the positive result. This is very true that in starting jogging is the best way because one can do this without any stress and plan. We can also say that it’s all about a simple walk without plan, procedure and doesn’t require a trainer, but with this also people are not getting good results even after repeating the same process for fifteen days.

It’s very true that making plans is a difficult process and making these plans successful with more work out in well organized manner and with proper intervals and guidance will need more efforts. But it is also true that hard work never fails and it will give a positive result. A good effort made will definitely achieve the goal in loosing weight with a good physique.

It has been proven that proper training plan for efficient workout will help in losing more weight in less time and we all agree with this. It’s recommended to use Turbulence Training including perfectly structured bodyweight warm-up, strength training power sets with on time cardio interval workout with extra mental efforts will results in achieving best results for loosing fat in a shorter time period.
